Why Does It Feel Like There Is A Rubber Band Around My Ankle

H ive been having this weird feeling like there is hair around my right baby toe for 2 days now.

Why does it feel like there is a rubber band around my ankle.

Feeling like there is a hair around the 5th toe baby toe by. When i bend over to garden why do i feel like a rubber band is snapping in my lower back. I keep checking it again and again to see if there s anything there but nope. It is painful sometimes it feels like i m wearing a numbing sock.
